Activating accounts

Yes, we all had/have 'recruiting' in title; yes, we do speak with ppls that want to join; yes, we tell them to post application on forum. But tell me how do those poor ppls can post application, when they can't activate their accounts?
I belive natiexu know what has to be done, so pls do it
From what i saw, theres many ppls that are currently looking for clan (i found 2 non-bulgarians even), so since we're not merging with cata-whatever, we can inv some new ppls to clan/clans.

fixed i made it automatic i changed to manual to activate Blacksnow's account
