so FC in tarantula is dead?

server is dead even before the start. Admins are retarted they have zero l2 knowledge. FC core members got bored when they reached lv 79 with s grades and there is nobody to fight. Farm zones were empty enemies refuse to fight. Ofc we will get borred. I am driver and dont play daily and even i get bored...
